The firm’s commercial disputes practice includes arbitration, contractual and corporate disputes, shareholder and insolvency-related matters, property and real estate litigation, taxation disputes, and regulatory proceedings before authorities including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), etc., and other judicial, quasi-judicial, and regulatory forums.
